We offer 2 private and secluded 2-person glamps on our 16 acre property 3 miles from downtown Hot Springs, and a separate 3-bedroom house in a neighborhood near downtown.

You must be at least 18 years old

Reservations can be made year round using the Book Now button. You will need a credit card and have your desired dates handy. 

Our 3 listings are also available on major booking platforms (additional fees are assessed by those platforms). We are happy to provide a link to our listings on AirBnB and VRBO.

We charge 50% of the reservation total at the time your reservation is made. This secures your dates. The second half will be charged to the same credit card 3-days prior to check-in. Check-in details are sent the day before arrival.

You can change payment methods at any time using our Reservation Portal, which will be provided to you at the time of booking.

We use Stripe for worry-free, SSL encrypted, secure online payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, Cash App, Google Pay, Affirm and 195 other global payment methods accepted! 

A $100 hold will be placed on your credit card the day of check-in. It is not a charge at that time, only a hold, but some banks may treat it like a charge. We are not responsible for any fees your bank may assess. 

The $100 hold will be released if no damage is found after check-out.  

We understand that accidents do occur which can cause property damage. If something happens, please notify us. Many times it can be rectified, though any damages beyond normal wear and tear and our ability to repair may be charged to your credit card.

Check-in is easy, contactless and self-guided. You can arrive any time you'd like after the earliest check-in time shown below. There is no cut-off time for check-in; late check-ins are AOK.

It's okay to contact us to see if it might be possible for an earlier check-in, but we usually do not know for certain until the day of check-in after previous guests have checked out.

Late check-outs and additional nights may or may not be possible. Contact us early to discuss. 

GLAMPS: Same day glamp bookings are accepted until 6:00pm. If you book on the same day you want to check-in...

1. You will be charged the full amount of the reservation at the time of booking. Payment is not split.
2. You must accept the $100 hold request from Stripe in order to receive the check-in instructions.
3. Check-in time will be the above time or if that time has passed, at least 1 hour after booking confirmation in order for us to prepare the site for you

THE HARRELL HOUSE: The Harrell House cannot be booked on the same day as check-in due to the amount of time it takes to prepare. 

GLAMPS: No. We do not provide internet, wi-fi, cable or television at the glamps. We can recommend dog friendly coffee shops and other spots nearby with comfortable seating and complimentary wi-fi, and dog friendly sports bar restaurants for games and races. 

THE HARRELL HOUSE: Yes. The Harrell House has high-speed wi-fi  throughout plus a business travelers desk with 6 easy access outlets and a comfy office chair. There is a 55" TV in the living room and smaller TVs in both queen bedrooms. Basic cable and complimentary Netflix provided. You can access other streaming services using your own login credentials.

GLAMPS: We get a reliable Verizon signal and have not had complaints about other carriers' service in the 4 years we have hosted glamps, but that's not a guarantee that all carriers will have full coverage.

THE HARRELL HOUSE: Yes. The Harrell House has  cell service as you would expect in a metro area.

GLAMPS: Black Fox Den is off-grid with no electrical lines and everything is battery operated. It is 1/8th mile to the closest electrical lines at the bathhouse and miles away from cell towers. The closest overhead lines are 1/4 mile from camp along the road. EMF sensitive guests have reported enjoying their stay at Black Fox Den.

Fern Dell is on-grid with extension cords in the tent and kitchen, and a buried electrical line running through camp. We have not received any feedback on Fern Dell from EMF sensitive guests.

THE HARRELL HOUSE: Located in a medium density residential neighborhood with overhead lines and many wi-fi networks.  Previous EMF sensitive guests who brought their own shielding devices reported a pleasant stay.

Our cancellation policy provides a full refund less 6% processing fee for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival. We will issue a 50% refund on cancellations at least 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel on shorter notice, or if you do not show up for your reservation, there is no refund.

No. We are not set up for additional overnight guests. Each glamp is limited to a maximum of 2. Daytime guests may be welcome, but must be discussed and approved in advance.

No. We are not a traditional campground and do not have additional sites.

GLAMPS: A child over 10 years old may glamp with a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Each tent is still limited to 2 people total including  the child.

THE HARRELL HOUSE: Children are welcome at The Harrell House, but it is not child proofed - there are no outlet covers, there are hard floors throughout, sharp angle furniture and 2 steps into the sun room. The house is spacious enough to accommodate pack n play, high chair, and other amenities you may want to travel with. There are books, toys and games for ages 2 and up at the house. By city ordinance, maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 6 including all adults, infants, children and youth.

Bona fide SERVICE ANIMALS are always welcome at Amazing Vacations properties! 

GLAMPS 

DOGS: Up to 2 well behaved, house broken dogs of any size and breed are permitted. They must remain leashed, under control and with owners at all times. Dogs cannot be left alone at camp even if they are crated, tethered or zipped in the tent. You will be asked to leave immediately without a refund if dogs are left unsupervised or unleashed. This is for their safety and the safety of our pets.

OTHER PETS: Cats and other pets are not allowed. Woodland glamps surrounded by inaccessible wilderness is not a safe place for them. 

THE HARRELL HOUSE 

Up to 3 well behaved, house broken dogs permitted; any size, any breed. Absolutely no pee pads due to noticeable and difficult odors and original hardwood flooring. The backyard is fully fenced. We provide couch covers and other conveniences so your pup can enjoy vacation with you. Sorry, no cats permitted at The Harrell House. Other non-dog, non-cat, non-Service Animals should be discussed with us in advance in order to ensure their health and safety at the house. 

Yes! Hot Springs is very dog friendly so your 4-legged friend can go lots of places with you! All National Park trails, public parks, lake and stream public access areas, downtown sidewalks and many nearby businesses and restaurants are dog friendly on a leash.We have dog friendly places detailed in the in-room guides for easy reference.  

There are 2 off-leash parks nearby, a doggie day center and an app you can use to find in-home dog sitters if needed.

GLAMPS: Yes, if the person is at least 18 years old and understands all camp rules and expectations. You will be held responsible for the cost of any damage and/or excess cleaning. Please let us know at the time of booking if the stay will be a gift. We'll need the name(s), contact number and email address for individual(s) that will be staying. Or, we generate a gift code that can be used at check-out for the individual to make their own reservation. 

THE HARRELL HOUSE: No, we cannot accommodate 3rd party bookings at The Harrell House, but we can generate a gift code at any value for you to give the person of your choice that they can apply at check-out when they make a reservation. 

We will provide the address and detailed check-in instructions the day before your arrival. Please let us know if you are traveling internationally and we can provide check-in information after full payment has been received.

GLAMPS are 3 miles / 7 minute scenic drive from downtown, bathhouse row, restaurants, spas, theaters, galleries and attractions. They are adjacent to 10 miles of trails, and 2 miles from National Park and Northwoods trailheads for 50 more miles of trails.

THE HARRELL HOUSE is located 12 blocks / 1 mile from downtown, bathhouse row, restaurants, spas, theaters, galleries and attractions. The house is 1 block from the Pullman Trailhead connecting to National Park and Northwoods trails.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:

Less than 10 minute drive to Hot Springs National Park, hiking and mountain biking trails, 18 holes of disc golf, RC flying field, RC car track, kite flying / stargazing field, off-leash field, public transportation depot and Greyhound station

10-15 minute drive to Magic Springs Theme & Water Park, Hot Springs Convention Center, Majestic Ball Fields,  Valley Street Skate Park, Velocity Park adult and child jump and skills tracks, Hot Springs Greenway barrier-free multi-use trail, sculpture garden, outdoor ADA-accessible 6-station fitness area, playgrounds, Veteran's Memorial, Farmers' Market, City off-leash bark park, Oaklawn Racing & Casino, Lake Hamilton including fishing and kayay/canoe launches, Hot Springs Country Club & Golf Course

20 minute drive to Hot Springs Memorial Airport (HOT), Mid-America Science Museum, Lake Ouachita including fishing scuba and boat launches, Lake Catherine, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Ron Coleman Crystal Dig, several state parks

30-45 minute drive to Lake Degray, outlet shopping, Bass Pro, Desoto Golf Course, Diamondhead Golf Club, Hot Springs Village with seven 18-hole golf courses and one 27-hole golf complex

60 minute drive to downtown Little Rock, Clinton National Airport (LIT), CALS Ron Robinson Theater (symphony, ballet), Clinton President Library and School of Public Service, Crater of Diamonds State Park (diamond digging)

Navy blue dates shown on the calendar are available for check-in, overnight and check-out

Crossed out dates on the calendar are already booked. You cannot check in or out on those dates.

Light gray dates are booked for that night, but you can stay the night before and check-out on a light gray date.

GLAMPS are 1-night minimum stays. Same day bookings are cut-off at 6pm.

THE HARRELL HOUSE has a 2-night minimum. Sometimes 3- and 4-night minimums for holidays and busy summer months. We do not offer 1-night stays at The Harrell House. We cannot accommodate same day bookings either. 

Yes! We keep a waiting list because we do have cancellations. 

If your schedule is flexible, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday are the lowest priced days of the week. Weekends and holidays are the highest priced.

GLAMPS: Throughout the month of March we offer a 20% spring fever discount on any 3 or more consecutive night stay.  

THE HARRELL HOUSE: We offer a year round 10% discount on stays of 7 or more consecutive days. If your schedule is flexible, weekdays in January, February and the last 2 weeks in August are "off-season" and our lowest pricing.

GLAMPS: We may consider small gatherings if you rent both glamps and comply with other reasonable requests, which may include, but not limited to event insurance, porta-potty and other sanitation rentals, cleaning and other fees. You must discuss any potential plans with us before making the reservation. Unauthorized visitors, parties and events will result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund.

THE HARRELL HOUSE: No. Absolutely not. There is a city ordinance with minimum $1,000 fines for guests and hosts and loss of our business license for allowing any type of non-registered-guest gathering. Should you attempt to throw a party or host an event at The Harrell House you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund, your reservation will be cancelled and any further activity on premises will be treated as criminal trespassing. 

You cannot smoke inside any structure, but you are free to smoke outside away from doors and open windows.  Butts must be disposed of properly!
