Glamping is camping that provides the full experience of being in nature without sacrificing comfort and convenience. It's also an opportunity to try new things, learn new skills and connect with nature.
Fern Dell and Black Fox Den glampsites are fully set-up with all you need to get-back-to-nature for peace and quiet without all of the gear, loading, unloading, setting up and breaking down of camp! The 16 acre private land hosts only these two glamps an eighth of a mile apart ensuring privacy.
The Harrell House is located on a quiet, medium density, residential street in the Uptown neighborhood 1 mile from downtown.
The glamps feel like they're in the middle of nowhere, but are only 3 miles / 7 minute drive to Hot Springs National Park visitor's center, bathhouse row and downtown restaurants, spas, theaters, galleries and attractions!
The house and glamps are within walking/biking distance to 30 miles of world-class mountain biking and hiking on the Northwoods Trails - voted the Best Trails in Arkansas by riders. Green, blue and black single track, multi-track, flow trails, jump lines and the Lucky 13 expert section. From the Northwoods, connect to the National Park’s Sunset Trail of stunning views (11 miles hiking only) –or- the .65 mile Pullman Trail to downtown/Park Avenue (hiking/biking) one block from The Harrell House.
Next door to camp and only 5 minute drive from The Harrell House, you'll find Cedar Glades Park with 10 more miles of trails for biking and hiking, a bike skills park, 18 holes of disc golf, 3-story tree house, kite flying field, amphitheater, creek, pavilion, playground, remote control airfield.
20 minute drive to Mid-America Science Museum, crystal digging sites, Magic Springs Water Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens, and Lakes Hamilton, Catherine and Ouachita. 1 hour drive to Crater of Diamonds State Park where you get to keep what you find!
Both the glamps and The Harrell House are well stocked.
